Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. Liftiva™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
